A leading multinational company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Product Compliance Subject Matter Expert to strengthen its internal function. Your Role Ensure strong governance and enforcement of product compliance across the organization. Design, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the adhesives product portfolio. Uphold regulatory standards across all product lines in coordination with global compliance leadership. Perform independent reviews and evaluations to confirm adherence to product compliance standards. Plan and carry out compliance audits to measure the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and control mechanisms. Partner with cross‑functional teams and lead initiatives to ensure data architecture and digital solutions meet compliance requirements. Develop and deliver training programs on product compliance, fostering the right mindset and best practices. Your Profile Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field. 5+ years’ experience in Audit, Consulting, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or similar functions. Strong project management capabilities and conceptual skills, including knowledge of data architecture. Excellent analytical skills, including data visualization, and a solid understanding of quality and risk management principles. Customer‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
